Complimentary Economy shipping is available on all U.S. orders. Standard and Express options are also available at checkout.

Orders are prepared before dispatch. Preparation time can vary by dress and availability, and some orders may require additional time before they are ready to ship.

- Standard — $35
- Express — $50
Shipping methods apply to carrier transportation after dispatch. Selecting Standard or Express does not shorten the time needed to prepare an order. Carrier transit estimates begin once the package is dispatched and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking & Delays
Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. If we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will contact you with updated information and your options, including the opportunity to accept a delay or cancel for a prompt refund as required by law.

Returns
30-day returns from delivery. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. No restocking or cancellation fees.
For ordinary fit or preference returns, you pay the return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Hortensias pays the return shipping.
