Full Refunds for Early Returns:
- We accept returns within the first 10 days following the receipt of your purchase. If the dress is returned to us within 15 days from the date it was received, we will process a credit for future purchases.
- To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in "like-new" condition. This means the item must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, salable, and with all original tags attached.
- Return Fee Policy
All returns will incur a $12.99 USD return fee per item. This fee will be deducted from your refund once your return is processed.
Mandatory Return for Claims:
- In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a claim, you are required to return the product to us.
Incomplete or Damaged Shipments:

- Please note that if we receive the product without the original tags attached or altered the refund will not be applicable.
